Hot new advice column features grandma, daughter, and granddaughter
September 15, 2004 -- Imagine being able to ask your grandmother, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, best friend, and perhaps even your worst enemy advice, about any topic, all at the same time. Well, it is possible now with the exciting new advice column, Ask Pearls of Wisdom, running weekly in the Washington Informer.
Taking advice to another level and completely out of the box, the column answers contemporary questions asked by readers, from three different perspectives - three generations of women.
Exactly 75, 50, and 25 years old when they wrote their best selling collection, Pearls of Wisdom from Three Generations, grandmother Celia Ford, her daughter Theresa Allen, and granddaughter Pamela Simonson, collaborated to bring "Ask Pearls of Wisdom" to readers in need of advice.
"People are hurting and want answers," stated Ford, the eldest of the trio.
"Lots of people need help and don't want to go on TV talk shows or court TV to air their dirty laundry", chimed in her granddaughter, Simonson.
Allen followed by stating, "We want to have a conversation with as many people as possible".
Having all taught school, their responses to questions such as "Corporate Challenge", "Holy or Hoochie" and "Jilted Daughter" offer sternness, soundness, and spice.
